This is book one in the series; a very short read that will have you falling in love and your panties melting in no time. You will totally fall in love with the characters because they are as real as you can imagine. The story and plot are very realistic as I mentioned about the characters. I had mixed emotions about David and probably the author meant to do it that way; however, he’s the one to thank for Victoria and Gavin.

If I had to pick a favorite person in this book from all main characters I would say is Vicki (Victoria) because she was strong and not weak at all, although Gavin would be a very close second considering that he was my typical preferred hero (likeable, protective and not overbearing).

The sex scenes were very specific and provided details just the way it should be for an erotic book, give it to me straight or don’t give it at all. Basically the faking it doesn’t work unless you know exactly how to write it and J. Richards did exactly that she wrote it and did it well with the flow of the story and the various scenes.
