I was not disappointed with this book at all, it gave me everything I wanted and more.

I love, love, love, Emmett did I mention that I love him. He is an in your face, tell it like it is kind of man. He’s an alpha male and he knows it but the more you get to know him, you find yourself falling in love and wishing he was real. I enjoyed the first book and loved Ace but Emmett gave me a vulnerable side that I didn’t get in the first book. I loved how he developed throughout the book and made sure he didn’t leave Liane behind. Ravenna Tate does a great job mixing the sci-fi and romance within the story and its characters.

Liane leaves her home since she is out of a job and she’s done all she can do for the only family she has left. After having some of the toughest years of her life since the Madeline Project ruined earth, she find herself working for Emmett. Liane might be a lot of things but dumb is not one of them.
