Sex, Lies, and Beauty Aids by Deb Julienne

Review By: Jenny

Rating: ๐Ÿ’Ž๐Ÿ’Ž๐Ÿ’Ž๐Ÿ’Ž

The book concentrates on the story of Sabrina and Trent Wellington. Sabrina is a columnist at the Magazine where Trent replaces her best friend as chief editor. While sheโ€™s expecting a promotion her entire world changes when sheโ€™s told that sheโ€™s not getting her promotion, but also needs to take on an additional column. And in all the scariest of them all, the one that she has absolutely no experience on โ€œSex and Loveโ€; add to that super sexy Trent Wellington on her heels and you get an explosion. Your predictable heroin with a kick of knowledge and love for research that brings to life an interesting character that will grow on you as you read the story.

Travis aka Trent is impersonating his twin brother to save the family business while fighting his attraction for Sabrina. I would have loved to read about the conversation between Travis aka Trent and Kat on the dance floor when he confessed to being Trent. Or about Jill flirting with Trent thinking he was Travis. That would have been fun. The book was a lot of fun from beginning to end. I canโ€™t get over Sabrinaโ€™s lip treatment disaster; just thinking about it and Iโ€™m laughing.
